Hi Ava, what first comes to my mind is: real estate.
Next thing that pops up: you need a steady job with a steady income - taurus will panic if there's no cash in the till.
Of course taurus is a bit lazy as well, and she needs to be poked quite a bit at first to get up and move (once she's moving she has trouble to stop) so being an artist or designer might appeal to her "easy life" dreams. Still, I think you'll be happiest with a job that is quite basic and simple - think farming or something related to the senses (perfume, silk, music, delicious food...). I think you won't be happy somewhere in an office, surrounded by people who are playing all sorts of complicated games. You need fresh air, be in touch with the earth - how about gardening (or designing gardens if you must)? - and most of all something you can rely on.

I think of the midheaven as not just the career, but also as what we give back or contribute to the world.
Also, I think it is important to consider the balance between the MC and IC.

It is hard for me to say how it would work out in your particular case without seeing your whole chart. But in general I would think taurus MC + vesta and scorpio IC would involve giving back to others a sense of comfort/pleasure based out of your own deep and personal emotional convictions and vulnerability. Perhaps the innocence and sacredness of this comfort and pleasure would be especially highlighted.

The arts could be one way of doing this. If you are looking for other ideas I think maybe some kind of service work might be possible too ... intimate and sensual forms of therapy that are completely innocent ways of touching the sensual and deeply emotional in a very comforting way ... high-class service positions where you pamper others in a very clean yet intimate and sensually appealing environment like a high class restaurant or hotel or something where you get close and personal with people in order to serve them and make them comfortable.

In some way - finding the right kind of sacred environment where people take down their walls a bit and allow vulnerability in order to find comfort and enjoy life more fully.

And maybe you could get a job at a high class hotel or restaurant or massage parlor or something and still do your art on the side - maybe you could even forge some contacts that could help you in your artistic career along the way.

Or even better ... some kind of salon - hair, nails, tanning ... one with really good smelling shampoos or lotions. A place where people allow you to see through their facade and you are able to use that knowledge to better bring out their own beauty and accentuate their best features while drawing attention away from any flaws.

i would think a taurus midheaven might like to work in a pretty inviorment, someplace cushy, ...like from home...maybe in home buisness, i am a taurus riseing, and i dont like to be told what to do...lol so being in control of my workplace is what i like most. and you would be in control of any changes as well. another benefit ,to work from home...i do

This is for Fred. taurus is 5 minutes at east. I mailed you the e-mail of the 5thj scribe, in case of doubt. Even the best programs sweat at this point. also, taurus does not figure as meridian constellation at all, although someone would have to check for this to be sure, as I am no expert.

Your meridian is probably Ara or Phoenix, that is rich in status, etc...
