I've only read bad things about this combination. Even my sun being in Taurus and my boyfriend's sun being in Sagittarius is suppose to be not-so-good yet we both really click on every level. We don't have any issues emotionally, etc. Can anyone give me insight into this? I'm new to astrology and I'm stumped.

Thu, September 6, 2007 - 6:17 PMKim, same thing happened to me when some interpreted my synastry chart for myself and boyfriend. I was told it was a difficult combination. Yet, except for a few times over 2 years, it's been the best relationship I've ever experienced. A "few times" is not a lot of discord. We rarely argue. We have some similar traits to you and your boyfriend. I'm Aquarius, he has the Pisces Moon. I have a major planet in Taurus, he has a major one in Sagittarius. A chart is so much more than that, so it'd be interesting to see your synastry chart for the two of you. I think that the more evolved we are in regards to our signs, the easier it is to work out possible challenges which pop up in our charts.
Example...... if you have more of the positive traits of your signs, it would be easier to work out conflicts. Stick 2 negative people together and it's much more difficult (common sense tells us this). The aspects between your planets and his, the houses they reside in, all figure in. -

Thu, September 6, 2007 - 9:22 PMLook at the progressed moons and see if this is why you get along so well -ask yourself if you can see yourself with this person 10 -20 years down the road . Many people can get along for the first two four and seven years -if the sex stops and his hair falls out and starts growing out of his ears or nose instead will you still feel the same way? It is chemistry basically if you feel at home with the person it doesn't have anything to do with whether you argue or not -but rather if you can sleep in the same room while one snores or makes gas that breaks the sound barriers and the smell peels the paint. Listen and laugh at his same old corney ass jokes again and again.

So I guess it varies from person to person, or maybe I'm very tolerant, I don't know. I was married for quite a long time and the awful snoring, etc.... wasn't the type of stuff that got in the way of the relationship itself. It was how conflict was handled. The reason my boyfriend and I don't argue much is due to patiently talking things over instead of getting defensive or attacking. But I do hear about people breaking up over accumulating "little stuff". I never understood that. As for chemistry.......that may depend on the defnition of it? I've felt comfortable with different people, but that didn't make them a good partner for me. -

sun-moon relationship is really important.
its that way in my current relationship. i'm sun pisces, moon aquarius. he's sun sag, moon taurus.
its difficult at times but i am crazy about him. so crazy i'm up at 4:30 a.m. going to sleep.
