So what kind do pisces go for?

today I met a chap who is a pisces. very very strange man who writes with his left hand in mirror-image. previously I met another pisces man who was also very strange and somewhat creepy. and yet another, whom acted as if he was god incarnate. then I met a pisces girl who was devoted to one she could never have.

Since scoprio seems to get all the glam, what does the pisces goes for? Being the most "spiritual" of signs, perhaps they don't actually go for much. Perhaps, like Edward Gorey, they deny it all-together in great sacrifice for creative or enlightening pursuits, earning them the title of asexual (on a side note, I picked Edward Gorey for his asexuality, and when I looked him up he was in fact, pisces. oh dear!).

Besides, can pisces even be as sexy as scorpio? If a lady ready to be swept off her feet saw the two standing side by side, the deeply intense, lucid eyes peering into her soul... versus the teary, languid puppy eyes beckoning... which would she choose?

C'mon pisces, get into the ring and claim your men/women!

In my experience reading the charts of pisces women and having dated some, she seems to be comfortable with just about any sign. And she often ends up favoring the men who make the most noise about wanting to be with them. And with these women (and men) there is seldom a need to go looking for potential connections as they pass in front of them daily! When dating I like to say (as a cancer) that the only thing wrong with pisces women is that there are not enough of em to go around. They are the archtypical "girl next door" and in high demand at all times. Do I like pisces women? You betcha. But my dating experience has been that they tend to be a bit too mutable (they change thier minds) for this cancer sun with a taurus moon. As a friend, lover, advisor, and spiritual guide they have no match.

But to address your question. In an attempt to save them, I see pisces women as being attracted to lots of losers. Many end up in life-long marriages alcoholics, drug addicts and other types who seem not to be able to make social contacts at all. Many but not all!

Sorry that last sentence should read ".........in life-long marriages to alcoholics........"

        for real!!!

pisces usually are alcoholics in my experience.
and the second one that shat on me found another whiskey loving alcoholic to be the one he could settle down with.

        misery loves company.

sorry im bitter in the fish love department.

Pisces, being the last sign of the Zodiac, can use all their "previous experiences",meaning they can be as bold as Aries,as materialistic as Taurus,as talkative as Gemini, and so on...,according to moods and situations;and yes,as sexy as Scorpio, sometimes(especially if born in the third decan of Pisces, aka the "Scorpio Decan of Pisces")
Pisces men are probably the least "manly" of all the signs, they're the true artists of this world, emotional, deep, hopeless romantics, although both men and women will probably be very convincing in wearing they're "tough"-masks,in day-to-day affairs.
However, despite not being very masculine, the men of this sign are usually well-liked and appreciated by women, precisely because they are so in touch with they're feelings, and so understanding(Casanova had a few planets in the sign, aside from his Aries Sun).
And both men and women go for people that have what they lack, just like all other human beings, and that would be someone who's down-to-earth,disciplined,organized,strong...someone with clear objectives in life(generally the earth sign-people),that can provide them with a good "river bed",on which to launch their waters...
And they might come across as asexual, because their sexuality is tightly linked to their emotions, and, implicitly,to the object of their affection, making them faithful lovers, but moody, because of their extreme sensitivity and vulnerability.

With the exception of my pisces sun/leo moon mother, I love all the fish in my life. Sometimes they're way sexier than the scorpio. I mean, why go for the scorpio when you can experience the same amount of intensity, sensitivity coupled with flexibility! just joking.

granted, piscean depression can be quite hard to handle but the fishes I know are really some of the nicest even though we had some really taumatising times.

one of my best friends is a 12th house piscean and she's been involved with this cancer sun/scorpio moon loser for 6 years now. She works and spends her money on him while he manipulates her time after time. She even stopped seeing us because of him. She stopped her education for him because she has to support him and HIS family. He wants to marry her but is *devestated* bout the money situation and yet wants a lavish wedding. Who is gonna pay for it? (we're all hoping there'll be no wedding)

But if you talk to her about leaving him, she says she loves him and she starts crying. Then she starts distancing herself because she can't bear anyone disapproving her relationship. And all this guy does in front of us is brag, brag, brag and commands her about in our faces. I so wish I can do something about it. But until she realises that he is not good for her, nothing can change.

Wow, I feel for you as the friend of a Pisces swimming around in a lost cause.
I can relate bc my moon is in Pisces and no matter how good my friends are - and they are good....I ultimately swim the way I want and yeah...if I think they disapprove, i tend to just swim away for a while.
Luckily I am a scorpio sun and my mars in virgo is rather earnest.
As for what signs do Pisces go for?
I think it depends on their mood - but a strong theme is either to be saved or to save - they need to feel they have a purpose and that their love is spiritual - a form of enlightenment and attainment rather than reservations for 4 at the Red lobster (reality kills most of them).
But they are beautiful, and their words, drip out and rhymn without effort and when they love you in that moment - it's incredibly full and unbearably sweet.

I am pisces sun, mars, vesta, juno, pallas and ceres.

When I look at my relationship history, I see myself going for aquarius and taurus types historically.
I see that as being related more to my uranus midpoint structure (including uranus = sun/moon) in my chart opposing taurus (anyone with planets in about 20 taurus gets felt by me in a unique way for some reason because that spot is a really sensitive spot that is not activated natally but that gets activated in relationships of any kind with these people. Also, there is the whole excitement thing with a uranus opposition)

To a lesser degree, I think that venus in aquarius plays in as well.

I think that taurus is probably good for me besides just feeling good whereas aquarius just leaves me kind of cold and alone. On the other hand, uranus opposing can lend excitement and variety but it is QUITE unstable...even for a taurus to handle. I don't know but that it may just take a taurus to deal with me and yet...uranus opposition...pretty tough to ride...so idk actually...especially considering taurus is in my 12th house and nothing has yet worked out with a taurus yet lol

I do find myself with some of libran influence (usually quite short-lived). I chalk that all up to my impressionable nature soaking in my libran-training from my family so excellently.

So, being that the ones i get involved with are also influenced by that unstable uranus (in all of the unexpected, surprising, and disruptive ways one would expect from uranus in scorpio)....I have opted for these past years for the piscean-virgo axis solution involving vesta...
if I'm not actually in a convent, I might as well be :P I just love em as I can (I say to myself...every beautiful flower in the field need not be picked by me ... ) I knowingly transmute any sexual/creative energy into art and creativity of various kinds. I live out my saturn + Nnode opposing sun+mars+vesta like I had taken vows or something lol :P

maybe I will find a taurean rock tough enough to handle my wayyyy mutable nature and that uranus...
or maybe it is just too hard to deal with that uranus for anyone rofl...
maybe i need a scorpio to deal with it.....that uranus is trouble believe me...it seems sooooooooooo innocent cuz it is retro but watch out! It has a whole lot of surprises and even i don't see em coming most of the time!

Maybe I do need some strong aqaurian influence to square off that uranus and quiet it down enough for me to settle down with someone...although a strong enough taurus opposition coudl do that too....and of course around 20 aquarius we would have that midpoint activated again near my MC to boot...
And then there is leo (have no history with leo people to date....or scorpio people in dating situations)

But then, maybe I am just too unstable for any of the fixed signs and I should look at piscean people more?

Well, in summary, I don't think that I see my relationship history reflected in my piscean sun except for the celebacy thing. All other relationship history comes from elsewhere in my chart.

"then I met a pisces girl who was devoted to one she could never have. "

Ha ha ha, that really struck a good one with me, spent many years in that mode, the idle romantic, longing for and feeling deeply as I read Les Fleur du Mal.....

The only one sign I can say with certainty that I do not like to date, or be with, at all, at all, is Aries.
I have dated Taurus and Libra often, without knowing it, and Virgos crack me up. Why is that?
  • Re: So what kind do pisces go for?

Taurus Man: First love. Connected emotionally but he was hell bent on achievement , with a capital "A".
Aries Man: Kept all emotions bottled inside. "A" type personality. ENTJ (a.k.a. the Napolean) from Myers brigg.
Leo Man: Sensitive. But strong. INFP.
Dated a Gemini Man: Funny. Not too serious about anything. Knew how to sidestep, and sidestep, and sidestep. ENFP.
Dated a Pisces Man: The strongest physically of all of them. Very hot. Tsssss. Sensitive. But elusive. Swims very fast. ESTJ.

Now? Now is the season of Cancer. We'll see how that goes.

I think a pisces sun native, more than any other, can go for any type. And like any sun sign, they're most inclined to go for the type that's least represented in their own charts. In my case, that's been women with a lot of earth somewhere in their charts.

        Steve..really?

So If I look at my chart, I've got almost no fire, execpt for my MC. Always.....always been attracated to scorps (and them, too). But, I have fond memories of some aries man from my past :-)

But what do I know! Tonight...anyway.

i'm a pisces girl. i tend to be attracted to very masculine men. although i have the capability to live independently, perhaps more than most people, i like to be protected, or to be with someone who can protect me, and will, when i need it.

i love bad boys. we pisces are often attracted to the dark side. not just to dabble in it, but to save the souls with the greatest potential.

i also am attracted to people who've got it all together -- good job, self-sufficient, WELL-DRESSED, plan for the future. In general, though, those types end up not having enough depth for me.

I have a real weakness for anyone who works in the human services, or a job in which they do not make a lot of money but want to make a difference in the world. my last boyfriend was a union organizer. current one is a social worker who works with mentally disabled people. i love very educated men.

I find i tend to place a lot of emphasis on a person's job and career because I have a lot of stuff going on in the tenth house (venus, mercury, plus midheaven's in pisces).

Also...I can fall for anyone with a pretty face, nice smile, and warm sense of humor. I'm a big flirt and a sucker for love and romance (Venus in Pisces).

Why ask Pisces anyway....you're probably going to receive 12,000 different answers :-)

Some things that are important to me (some are shallow you might say, but hey...).
Dark hair, hairy chest, and legs if possible, very intelligent, a "take it ot leave attitude" (except with me of course), good kisser, self-control, not lazy, complex but sweet at the same time, deep voice, serious, can make me laugh, can make me go crazy for him with one look.

oooohhhhh, deep voice is a must!
I've noticed that all the men I dated when I was younger, were limited on chest and facial hair. Very limited. The last person I dated was a pisces, he had back hair and a goatee. Very interesting. Very interesting indeed.
        A first for this pisces.

Pisces men seem to be drawn to me, I don't know why. I'm an Aquarian with a strong Fire influence for my moon and ascendant.
I do have Venus in Pisces, but other than that it's a mystery to me. I'm not interested in Pisces men, so have no clue why they were always pursuing me.
    • Re: So what kind do pisces go for?

      Mon, October 1, 2007 - 9:00 AM
For Females - venus is how we attract - naturally
For Males - venus is what they are attracted to...
So, maybe unknowingly, you attract Pisces men bc you are playing naturally your role of pisces in venus.
as for what attracts the Pisces, I am very glad I am not a Pisces sun - no offense but it's hard enough being a Pisces Moon and so far given what was written - Not attracted at all to what most Pisces are attracted to...except okay ...I need to be careful with trying to save people but that even gets old..all that martyr shit (for me) is really just a cover for me not dealing with my own shit.

          Martyr:
          1. One who chooses to suffer death rather than renounce religious principles.
          2. One who makes great sacrifices or suffers much in order to further a belief, cause, or principle.
          3.
          a. One who endures great suffering: a martyr to arthritis.
          b. One who makes a great show of suffering in order to arouse sympathy.

This definitely describes Sagittarean woman and a Gemini woman that I know. Most Pisces I know, including self, aren't into the suffering. At least that I know of. Wait, I take that back. One male Pisces takes alot of crap from his family in order to appease and fit in. He really loves them. I think he's nuts and have told him so.

            It's all relative - I obviously met a lot of 3's with a propensity towards b.
I was raised by a Pisces man, my Mom has a Pisces moon and my Nana was a Pisces Sun.
My moon in Pisces is perhaps more sensitive ironically to what I perceive as false suffering - I don't claim or pretend to think the people I see doing this think they are doing it - that's like telling a Sagittarian that they might purposely be trying to be late....or telling a Gemini that you expect them to blindly loyal to you based on emotion and no intellectual reasoning.
But I still feel it and I still see it bc it's in me. I have trouble with Pisces energy within myself - that is why I am very happy to see some Pisces who share words of wisdom (they know who they are!) and others who I will just let swim by.

when i said bingo, i was thinking of people who attribute their losses and sacrifices to a "higher" or compelling purpose of serving the presumed or apparent needs of others. I guess that's really a misapplication of the term martyr.

              Kat,

my dad has a pisces moon, my mum the sun and I ended up with a gemini sun/neptune opposition with pisces ruling the 8th house. it is a very watery family to swim in!

my parents who were so in love with each other when they were dating 26 years ago are no longer speaking to one another and one sleeps on the couch. gone is the love in their love letters, instead, only resignation from papa and resentment from mama. and they manner in which they decided on each other was so neptunian and so fatal. it's amusing and frustrating that neither one wants to let the other go.

the emotional reaction from a pisces is a rather drastic and scary thing to witness sometimes for an air/fire twin.

I curse the day I ever downloaded my mind with Astrology. Now that I've done it...I guess I'm stuck with it. Pisces Moon indeed does suck. Combining it with my Gemini Ascendant...no one believes a damn thing I say. I should be an actor but then I actually wouldn't mean it.

The martyr shit to me seems real...of course I've brainwashed myself into thinking a scholar's ink lasts longer than a martyr's blood and in essence I think I can see how the two are the same. Do you want to exist forever or do you not? I see things from every perspective and it has just about driven me insane.

Oh, I know...you don't want to hear it...I'm just writing this to tell myself I'm insane. I may in fact be you in my mind. I'm just having a conversation with myself. Is that normal? Would it matter if it wasn't?

I am a Pisces with a Gemini room mate. Trying to get everything sorted out and figure out where we want everything sure is hard because we keep changing our minds. We looked at about 10 places before deciding on one. And it took many discussions over pros and cons before we did. I think Pisces and Gemini are more alike than astrology books claim them to be. Or, maybe that is why they are so incompatible is because it takes forever to get anything started?

Is it just me or do pisces men have difficulty initiating. The ones I have met are expressive in person but then don't call. If you call them, then they come right over. It's strange dating pisces men, but maybe because I am a sag who tends to like more take charge men.

"The ones I have met are expressive in person but then don't call. If you call them, then they come right over."

From my piscean perspective, Tara I see two aspects of this that seem to fit with my piscean energy:
              How to say this....
I am finding it classicly hard to express these piscean notions in words lol...that tells me I must be in touch with my piscean side indeed here ;-)
              (1) I cherish the relationships I have as they are and am deathly afraid of pushing as to make a person want to leave the friendship I have with them. The connection goes deep, fast. Any action that could lead to a severing rejection is terrifying. Getting turned down for a date means that I need to (a) give more friendship space now and (b) feel guilty when I day dream about them now (and thus the dream must die)
              (2) I like to let people I have relationships grow and I like to take my time. I like to try to see where they have grown in their feelings about me...honestly down deep how they feel and I don't want to push for something that may not really be there. I won't chase someone. If they won't come to me I take that as a sign of a lack of basic desire and interest that I associate with love and romance. Even if they do come to me and flirt with me, and then turn around and flirt with someone else right away, I disreguard the flirting done with me as just "them being a flirt" and assume they aren't REALLY interested, actually. Then I leave them alone except to be friends. I don't want to change them or judge them or criticize them or try to take them or make them mine. I want to try to intuit whether they really care and what their desire might really be and respond to it accordingly.

To me, if a person does not call me or especially if they don't respond when I call them, I suppose that something "isn't there" in them for me and I don't try to change that. I sometimes attempt to test out that desire by seeing if they call (hate to admit it).
While I feel uncomfortable letting open the floodgates too early and seeking someone out (and possibly flooding/overwhelming the person with my hidden emotions), I do try to be very responsive to show the other person that a desire is there because I realize that the other person could be feeling the same way I do.

That somehow sounds a whole lot like this person you are dealing with but maybe it is just me.

I'm a gemini with a few very close piscean friends. It's probably the mutable quality that both have which makes them appear more alike than not. But I think there really isn't much similarity other than the mutability and the ability to lose their selves into the other. The pisces merging is well-known but maybe not so much the gemini.

The key to the gemini merging is that they're always looking for the lost twin (whether they're aware of it or not) and all actions result from that desire to heal the hurt that the lost had caused. They need to find it and be with it again so with people and affection they do it too but they're also afraid - what if you're not the one you say you are? What if you have ulterior motives? so much paranoia! I love the way pisceans lose themselves into the environment and people.

I can relate to that. I am Pisces sun/Gemini North Node and had a bestie gfriend who was Gemini and we got along despite a lot of odds, like her being 7 years my junior. I took her in completely, she was adorable, in all her confusion and kinetic mental fury, she was like a kid sis, she was really creative and fun and witty. I was more directed and grounded in that sense of being able to channel my energy into a right or productive agenda...I saw a bigger picture and she stayed more in the moment. but....as twin-like as we were, she did develop paranoia over me and even back stabbed me to the point we no longer speak, which of course shocked me that she turned on me, tho I knew she was a bit caddy. Perhaps my Pisces bigger vision (it's also a bit detached) helped me incorporate her being and accept her as a person with flaws, vs.her Gemini-ness which kept her in reserve and only let her take on people "only so far." Hmm... I havent' thought about our relationship in a while.

We are all sensitive to each other. It is hard not to let the sad one bum me out. I have known many Pisceans....raised by a Pisces Sun Father and then have 2 GF who are Pisces and a few guys. I always liked Pisces Men...as friends.....there was never any spark ...maybe cause I have more Fire in me. But I cant say I would chose a scorpio over them....I have a scorpio moon and one GF with Scorpio Sun but I have never met a Scorpio Man that I wanted to date...they were all sexy but I just found them kind of emotionally whiny for me.....and sometimes just plain crazy....there is such a thing at being too much a victim of your emotions.

I have recently met an Aries Sun, Aquarius Asc with Pisces Moon and Mars, who is very motivated in general and I don't mind him not initiating or pressuring me.....my scorpio moon and venus in aquarius appreciates that. Weird...sometimes I feel like I wanna protect him....but not in a "why are you being such a wussy" way.

Steve et al..as for what makes a martyr? Who knows....again it's relative - I do have a negative association with that term.
i.e. when people say Mother Teresa was a martyr - I don't like it - so what was she then Kat? She was this amazing human being who chose to help others no matter what color, creed etc. they were - and what was cool about her (Virgo) was she projected (at least for me) such a humble attitude and didn't seem to wear the cloak of savior or as I see it martyr.
But who knows..I never had lunch with Mother "T" and even if I did...I doubt I would be able to analyze her...I would be too busy thinking "Shit..I am having lunch with Mother Teresa!"

I am a sucker for a Pisces-heavy individual. I have some in my family, a lot with my friends, and I'm often infatuated with one. I'm currently sorta involved with a Pisces Sun girl, so we'll see how that goes (it's not been long enough, yet, to be able have much to add to the conversation). I find Scorpio and Pisces to be the signs that fascinate me the most. I hear any of the other signs mentioned and I'm interested enough, but Scorpio or Pisces and I'm allll ears. I tend to find Scorpio fascinating, sexy, and scary - which I like - but Pisces really wins me over in an all-consuming and more warm-and-fuzzy way. I find their romantic, dreamy, weird, creative side to be completely fascinating. I could listen to a chatty Pisces all day and not get bored (and not feel as freaked out that I was being stupid or pissing them off as if I were with a Scorpio). I love the other-worldliness that I can tap into when I'm with 'em. Mmm, Pisces... But, yeah, I have no idea what they go for, though I definitely agree with what was said about them wanting to "be saved or save."

I'm a Pisces and I seem to be attracted especially to Cancer men. And they seem to be really attracted to me too. I love how protective and paternal they can be :)

And to answer the question, "the deeply intense, lucid eyes peering into her soul... versus the teary, languid puppy eyes beckoning... which would she choose?" I would choose the 'deeply intense, lucid eyes' :)

I am a pisces. I'll have to try a Scorpio!
I think I might be attracted to scorpios. I find them facinating. I just found out that 2 facinating people are scorpios. One I keep at a distance because he tends to be a little too blunt/callus for me tender emotions. The other one is sooooo nice and helpful.

There is a third... Still trying to decide on him.

In the past, my major relationships were with:
1 Gemini - ok he was incredibly smart and I loved our conversations.
2 virgos - one ok and the other BORING!!! Same stuff, different day.
1 cancer - too immature and only cared about himself.

I'm a Piscean myself. And a female at that.
I actually don't have any Piscean male friends at all. I actually don't know why, but the few I've known have always pissed me off. I really don't know why that is.

But about that thing about being asexual? That is not true.
Well, I can only speak for myself, and I believe that Pisceans in general see sex as something 'higher' than just some animal-urge or whatever to call it.
    - Or at least, we like to believe that sex is just more than 'mortal needs'.
But that does not mean that we don't/can't enjoy it or don't want to be sexually active.
Well, we just don't do it with the first and the best, I guess.

Well, if I had to chose between a Piscean male and a Scorpio male, I'm not sure which to choose.
But now I am in fact in love with a Scorpio male for the first time. There's definitely chemistry and attraction going on here, and let me say that I'm not asexual around him... Hehe.

Actually I've been told, and can totally agree, that Piscean women (and probably also men) can be very innocent, cute with watery puppy-eyes and all that when they're outside, but in the bedroom they can be as dirty and perverted as any Scorpio.

Sometimes I wonder if I am asexual LOL.
The pisces and aquarius influences overlap "just so".
Of course that mix could end up going the other way, too - but for me it has turned towards the asexual I'd say.

But I know it isn't true.
I think that you hit it right on ... I'm looking for a "higher love" - not just some randy romp or impressive display of skill and testosterone.

It seems like Pisces males are attracted to and tend to go for strong, no nonsense women like Aries or air signs.

Pisces women seem to be attracted to Cancer men or someone that's kinda more controlling.

I've seen them go after the masculine or feminine ideals, according to their sexual preferences.

Personally...I just can't take it long term. Drives me nuts. While they have that universal love thing going on...it was like the ones I knew were entirely incapable of a free exchange of strength. I was to be the pillar, infinitely wise, never suffering, always bearing their neuroticisms...and when I actually needed them to give back...they simply couldn't do it. I'm built for longevity and they were not, in my experience.

So, the more...ideal you are, I would say the more you will attract Pisces. My Taurus sun and Scorp Asc. drive them away the first time I discuss menses.

I'm always able to give back and then some. I prefer longevity too.. I've been with my bf for almost 3 yrs now :)

"So, the more...ideal you are, I would say the more you will attract Pisces."

I definitely agree with that. We like stability I think.

          I love your post!

But I have seen both types of Pisceans......the ones who can't give back and want you to be their "all"...... And then the ones who give, give, give. I've been surrounded by Pisceans all my life, so I have a soft spot for them even though I don't want to get involved with any of them. :o)

On the one hand I have a large amount of tolerance for a certain surface level type of control.

This mostly involves me allowing them to think they have all kinds of power and control over me.
If they really try to put the screws to me for real ..

        they
        better
        not

I find myself strangely drawn to Pisces women. I LOVE the big, dreamy, puppy-dog eyes. If we're talking "sexy," then Scorpio has an advantage, but Pisces is more "cuddly," which really gets my Cancerian nurturing instincts going.
    • Re: So what kind do pisces go for?

the only time i have relationships that fully suck me under
(excepting one where i think that guy did some crazy voodoo)
have been with pisces men....but it ends badly always
I've noticed an inability to say what bothers them
I've noticed that turns nasty eventually
the last one had an aquarius rising though and he did eventually talk to me
though his clarity was not there really which is a problem for me because I need to talk till I really understand things

I think I would prefer the scorpio ability to come right out with things, but somehow i connect on an intense friend level with scorpio suns right away to where I couldn't sleep with them there is sometimes the tendency to take over the room with their emotional intensity and Im sensitive to that too, but sometimes they're just too cuddly and sweet and i can see their weaknesses too clearly
The worst of pisces i think is when they make it look like they are weak to outsiders in order to have people think of them in a certain way (like someone who deserves their sympathy, or as the underdog or victim in a situation)
and in the times I've seen it sometimes it was manipulated on purpose and sometimes not and I have only seen it men because I have not been close enough to any pisces women to be able to see that happen, excepting my sister who was way not that way as far as I could tell, but who knows......Anyway I have to see something pretty frequently to post generalizations like that..........Always the fantasy of the romance with the pisceans has been extremely beautiful even when it's been painful and awful and all wrong. Still beautiful to think about in hindsight some way or another.

Rose, you make a good point. I've found that they keep the things that bother them all bottled up inside, and the things tend to be things that other people let go of fairly easily. Then they burst it all out in an ocean of resentment and you're left wondering if they're crazy, or if what you did was really all that bad.

Had one friend dump my ass in one of those oceans because, apparently, she was mulling constantly over the fact that i used to be jealous of one of her friends. And because when she wanted to say something, but didn't, I didn't automatically know psychically that she had something to say, and ask the exact question she wanted me to ask. >.<

I think sometimes there is a tendency to absorb things from the environment.

But also it seems that sensitivity works both ways. I think people can "soak me in" and "pick up my vibes" really well. I think I emit them more strongly than usual.

        Oh! and ...
        Guilty as charged here!
I like to let people think I am weak, unimportant, and unaware at times. (Although I am not consciously deceitful or fake about it. I just don't argue with people when they are wrong about me and lots of people want to/ like to think they have the upper-hand. It makes them feel better.)
It makes it easier for me to do my work behind the scenes, gather lots of intuitive information, and make unexpected moves without worrying about getting countered.

        If you don't like it!
Start paying more attention and don't be so quick to underestimate me and believe only what you want to see~

Oh and I forgot this - I think people "pick up on my vibes" but don't notice consciously and aren't used to dealing with it so they react with general distaste or enthusiasm or react in strange ways that they couldn't really explain (or even identify sometimes) themselves because they aren't open or sensitive to it.

Pisces see the world very subjectively, and they are very affected by and molded from whatever childhood and environmental influences that they have been exposed to during the formative years. Pisces "feels" everything, they are "wide open" empathically so they feel most comfortable with the other water signs, Cancer and Scorpio, but they are very much influenced by drama, fuss, etc, so the lowdest, badest person at the party may make the biggest impression on them, sytangely Pisces women odten like what is known as "bad boys"

        Hi,

I have a sun, moon, mercury, and midheaven in pisces. I tend to be drawn to artitistic types regardless of their respective sign. I have dated an aries, taurus, sag, and a gemini. The aries sun was a bit to harsh for me, so I tend to stay away from fire signs. I am currently dating a gemini artist (I have a gemini ascendant). I have never met someone who changes their mind more than myself lol.

To anyone who says that Pisceans are asexual: boy howdy, you haven't met me yet. And they say Aries are the sluts of the zodiac. *snort*

As to who and what i'm attracted to: honestly? Pretty things. It's sad, but I have to find them, or some part/aspect, beautiful. Whether it's their eyes, their hair, the way they smile; how they spin fire poi; how much they like kids, etc. A pretty face and a nice smile will get me most times; give me some attention and you'll have me eating out of your hand.

I seem to attract a LOT of cancers, especially ones with birthdays right around the June/July change. It's weird, they all look the same too, dark hair, thin build, fun-loving types. Never has worked out though. I think this could likely be because I'm a cancer-rising (taurus moon, pisces sun, pisces mars, capricorn venus) and tend to be very mothering of others.

Right now I'm talking to a capricorn (aries rising, scorpio venus, virgo moon) and he's a tough nut to crack, if it's going to work it'll take a lot of patience on my part. Patience has never been my strong point but I think he's worth it so I'm giving it a try. *shrug*

I hate that talk of pisces men being the most non masculine of men. nigga we r the bestest, only Example of what a man is. at least this is how i live. it's like u just can't go around arguing & punching every muthafuckin stupid living person in the face so when they move u in this way, the opposite must be shown. (this is where people get confused an then begin their observation and lableing) let us not forget that majority of prisons in the world r primarily dominated by piscean prisoners. this is true even if it ain't true. i feel this way. we're crazy, i'm crazy. i feel this way. to the women if i feel you're not classy, not very lady like at all then u disgust me ya know. i will smile at u, listen to u talk if you're talkin to me, comment back a lil, all the while you're thinkin "aww this guy is cool, flirtatious....etc.) & i'm thinkin "this bitch is so lame. i wanna fuck her" (& if she ain't at least physically attractive) i'll think......"i wanna fuck her" lol. to the men it's like i'm Will Ferrell always using that line " i just wanna punch u in the face" just cuz i don't like how u look. & it ain't the looks ya dig. deeper my friend. :-)
We get Bored !!! i get bored....
      anyway......
Ladies out there wanting that Pisces man.....LOYALTY, be about it. act as if your Pisces mans mind is one of the greatest minds you've been blessed to know, & then don't act. IMPORTANT: after that, never let nobody know what you've got. meaning NEVER let anyone in on ya'lls real discussions. you'll fuck up if u do. don't tell your girlfriends, guy frinds, co-workers, & family bout my talk....EVER !! you'll never understand your pisces but once u figure this out & he's noticed, then you'll forever understand your pisces.
about SCORPIOS: i've always heard that pisces & scorpios (along with cancers of course) r a great match. but ya know what..personally i don't be feelin Scorps, they love drama. i don't play that shit. Scorpio guys seem pertty coo, never nothing to fear like these talks of them be suggesting but....calm....not really a threat at all, ever....to me. as for the females, i don't be feeling them & the main reason is they're too fuckin predictable. soon as they start a topic i'll know it's middle & end whether it's happened or not just yet. Boring. Scorpios love talking nothing but about themselves which makes me wonder how can they ever have the up on anyone. but people say they can & do so....yea.
so they say that cancers be the baby, scorps the teens & us the elders. don't believe in it but i feel it.
about CANCERS (cancerians lol): the cancer fellas seem very femanine to me. & when they got them a gurl they always think that their boys (along with every guy in the world) is try'na take their gurl or is plotting to take their girl or dreams of having their girl....ya know. Lame. when a cancer is around just pisces he/she will try his/her best to imitate pisces. but they ain't really lame, just when they got them a girl lol. as for the women, some of the best sex i've had was with a cancer (although the hoe medically burnt me in the end). some of the greatest talks i've ever had with a woman was with a cancerian. a cancerian woman will fuck up a relationship with pisces by tryin to test their love. Stupid. i'm gone.
GEMINI: dual sign & dual sign.....just works even tho it seem like it ain't posed to. & i'm talkin friendship only.

      www.myspace.com/deuceduddacitysshnig

i'll put it like this....Pisces people r smart & a life without humor is not really life at all. if anyone is dieing to know a pisces know this, if you're around a pisces & he/she is not laughing then you're not liked by this person. if pisces has u laughing & if you're one who can have pisces crackin up, rolling on the ground anytime all the time.....you're pretty much the world then, friend or soulmate.

      awright
      i'm out this Bitch

Ok, let me get this straight.

        1. One of your girlfriends medically burned you.
        2. You think those who want to date Pisces should be prove their LOYALTY

There are a lot of cliches in your post. Sun sign is nothing, you have to look at the whole chart. Some of the personalities for Scorpios and Cancers that you talked about are true for the Scorpio sign, but these are just stereotypes. Pisces is not a sign known for being loyal but everyone is more than a sun sign. I don't think your advice is the best for someone dating a Pisces unless they have other aspects in their chart that makes them loyal. You need to do a whole natal chart to really figure out about why you need so much loyalty.

True, many Pisces get bored or are hard to catch and swim away. I do not think the guys are not masculine, this culture has some pretty crazy ideas about genders. In other cultures a quiet man is not seen as feminine but opposite and the whole masculine/feminine thing is not as clear cut or divided the way it is here.

Personally, I think you need to get a better understanding of astrology and maybe meet some better girls. Maybe those that aren't ghetto. Maybe try not calling them hoes and bitches (except for those that like it). Cause that might drive some of the good ones away (or attract the ones that will end up burning you). Just my 2 cents.

"If a lady ready to be swept off her feet saw the two standing side by side, the deeply intense, lucid eyes peering into her soul... versus the teary, languid puppy eyes beckoning... which would she choose? "

Capricorn myself ,I have got Mars and Venus in Pisces,so am rather aware of those Pisces energies thrilling my soul deep .

    B,
the deeply intense, lucid eyes peering into her soul - this would be my choice .

Teary puppy eyes beckoning suggest , their owner has to be a puppy himself .

I would like to have a strong ,intense, deep guy beside :-)

In serious relationships I had had in life, there were one Scorpio , two Pisces and one Aries.
The only one, whom I would never choose again , is .... Pisces . But another Pisces was rather good ...
All I wanna say , is just , DO NOT LOOK AT SUN SIGN :-) . IT SAYS ALMOST NOTHING .

Female Pisces here, Taurus moon, Gemini rising. Haven't had too much dating experience but so far:

Sagittarius: hit it off immediately, became buddies after very short time. All was well until he began getting paranoid, accused me of thinking about cheating (yes, THINKING, which wasn't even true), shut down completely but the breakup was amicable. Wanted sex after we broke up and I no longer wanted him - that seems to be a Sag trait. I'll never date one again.

Cancers: I seem to attract these like the Plague!!! Needy, emo, whiny, selfcentered, but they adore me because I listen to all their BS. I find them fun and diverting but ultimately too much work. They constantly go on about themselves but when you try to change the convro to yourself they lose interest fast. Yeah.

Scorpio: HOT!!! But clingy and very possessive. I like that to a point, don't get me wrong (fishies like security) but I wasn't that into him and he was all but stalking me until I caved once, then I couldn't shake him off. I may do it again with a more sane Scorpy - sex was scorching (one of the few who kept up with me) but ultimately a bit weird.

Gemini/Taurus: My current fling, a Gemini on the Taurus cusp (RIGHT on the line, more like a Taurus IMO). Sex- INCREDIBLE. Smart, articulate, sexy as hell. Fun to be around, easy maintenance, keeps tabs on me without being clingy, doesn't mind being teased. (yes, I'm currently smitten but seriously haven't found fault yet) A good combo IMO.

One last little thing: anyone who calls Pisces asexual obviously needs to rethink their definition - I'm sexy as hell and LOVE sex in all its incarnations. 'Course, this is just what I've been told so... *shrug*
