Exactly!
Do you like a peaceful/loving atmosphere/people like the Venus/Pisces archetype or do you like things a little more on the edge? -

Sun, October 28, 2007 - 1:36 PMWith a Pisces H7 cusp I'd think a conjunction of transit Venus would be nice, or a Pisces' Venus or a Pisces nodal conjunction would be nice for that person, as an example of how that might work using the higher octaves.
I know a couple that the wife is a Virgo and has a Gemini NN which is conjunct Uranus. This opposes her husband's Sagittarius MC. She is a genius, and has been very instrumental in making their business a success. She has helped him enormously with his career throughout his life. -

Yep, very "cerebral" am I...I live in my head a little bit. I love to think. I love new ideas and philosophy and mathematics and everything like that. I usually score high on written tests and IQ tests. The harder and more confusing something is (or the newer it is) the more interesting it seems to me. I think almost constantly.
Neptune in Sagittarius H7 (pisces sun)
Yep again. The concept of "unconditional love" and "giving of self for others" really makes sense to me. Whenever I think of love, I tend to think most of "caritas" ... and I am somewhat...oh...unimpressed with "cheap imitations" of neptunian caritas/charity/agape style love. I can't get excited about them and I find that this neptunian thing keeps me "filled up" in spite of whatever is going on around me (when I remember to focus on it). -

You must be an extremely fast thinker! Would you consider yourself very "aware" of what is going on around you, what is said and even what is not said? Do you keep up with the latest, the newest in many areas of life, what is going on in the universe? Mercury/Uranus is very intellectual and contemporary while Neptune in Sagittarius likes nature, likes to be optimistic and is visionary (Neptune/Jupiter) and may not like to watch the evening news because it's so negative. How do you balance the two? -

Re: Higher Octaves
Mon, October 29, 2007 - 9:59 AM>>You must be an extremely fast thinker!<<
I think so anyway. I have to separate myself from other people when I am just thinking/figuring out things(another aries thing I think). They slow me down too much. I think while I do things and I think so fast that I make adjustments midstream easily.
Only problem is that this interferes with physical activities like sports. In sports you can't really "think" according to circumstances you have to "react" according to training (from what I have seen/experienced). Or maybe you have to think at the right moments, then *stop thinking* and react at the right moments)-I have trouble with that *stop thinking* part. WELL at least I can't think fast enough to keep up with all the little aspects involved! Or maybe I can't get myself to stop thinking and just focus/be aware-clouding awareness with thoughts. Or maybe I can't react and think at the same time, I am not sure. Another possibility could be that in sports you must be aware at all times of the RIGHT NOW much more than the past future and contingencies. I have trouble just staying in right now time. Another possibility is that when playing sports you need to not just react on your own...but interact with others. I have trouble matching my rhythms/movements/thoughts to those of others. It seems almost as if the presence of others' thoughts and motions cause interference and distraction and I get confused. It takes conscious effort for me to do this and there isn't time for that in sports. Even if a person starts watching me bowl for example. It screws me totally up. I stumble on their thoughts/attention.
Whatever it is...I feel I am somehow mentally slow at sports but it could be something else. I am fast at everything else and find myself consciously slowing down to interact with others in non-sports situations.
Of course, it could be that I am not really such a fast thinker after all ;-)
One way that I use fast thinking is to think about ALOT of stuff and draw patterns/connections/comparisons between it all in the time it takes people around me to go through a single idea. Again, that means I have to stop and streamline/linearize my thinking before I try to talk to other people otherwise I make no sense to them(I didn't bother with that in this response).
>> Would you consider yourself very "aware" of what is going on around you, what is said and even what is not said? <<
Yes and no. There are large quantities of information flying about in my head all the time and so there are issues with focus(neptune?). I am aware of things so to speak but I am not focused on them. If something starts falling near me I can quick grab it before it falls crazy fast-before I completely realize it was falling. I always surprise myself when I do this but I do it all the time. I have been involved in 2 car accidents where I must have been really aware cuz one time I did a flip from the backseat to the front avoiding the dash and the other time the passenger exclaimed about my reaction ability as a driver. I also flipped a black belt over my back once and tackled an athlete unexpectedly another time...he said I "threw him across the room" lol. I surprised myself both times with how quickly I reacted/figured out a solution to a situation.
I do tend to pick up on what others around me feel/what people around me are about to do as they are doing it and can react right along with them or know about it before they do themselves. I can learn a new song while people around me are singing it just by standing next to them and listening while I sing.
I also find that if I sit and just meditate-not focusing on any one thing-I can sort of gain insight into all of these things as they fly through my head without trying to grasp any single one of them. I do this while I pray usually. At these times I think my intuition works to "sort" all the information quickly and new things occur to me that I wouldn't normally have thought of on my own. I don't think I am unique in being able to do this, though. I think this might just be a description of the action of intuition? This could be a mercurial-neptunian balancing act.
But sometimes, all the mental activity causes me to forget or miss simple obvious things. If I stop a sec then I say "oh yeah...this" but I think that could be a focus problem. Again, maybe this is a neptune thing.
How do you balance the two?"<<
I pick and choose. I do not like the evening news, quite honestly. I don't watch it. But I do keep up on education news and enjoy working on visionary/progressive methods in my teaching(Jupiter and mercury). I am interested in the latest in science but I am not as up-to-date as some are. I am also interested in the latest games and music but, again, not as much as some.
I have a disdain for the idea that progress is inherently worthwhile or important for its own sake. There needs to be a "higher purpose"(neptune).

Yes, you have double signatures of these, so it's very strong in your chart. Your Moon/Mercury is in mutual reception and the Moon is in an angular house, a power point. Neptune in 12 is strong, and in Scorpio which aspects Venus (in Scorpio's natural house). It sounds intriguing.

Re: Higher Octaves
Sun, October 28, 2007 - 10:50 PMif i think about how this higher octave might impact my life, the only thing that comes to mind is transcendence. i guess i expect more of out life, or relationships (this one leads to disappointment alot, a common theme for venus/neptune/pisces folk) and when the mundane sets in, there is a deflated feeling. i guess having sag rising with sun on the ascendent doesn't help that any......
:-)
in the past i took drugs to get that high to match that inner experience of wanting transcendence in life -now i'm attempting to work within more traditional spiritual parameters but its hard....especially with the current saturn transit i'm going thru.
blah - depressing.
by transit mars and venus are switch hitting - venus is receiving a trine aspect from uranus and mars has pluto trining him.

Re: Higher Octaves
Mon, October 29, 2007 - 11:39 PMI have
venus in taurus 9th and neptune in sag in 5th. biquintile one another. neptune opp sun - dreamer dreamer...very idealistic as a child
i feel this explains alot of my passion in creativity and music. venus is very near my midheaven and chiron and im an established musician among people. i also like encouraging people around me to go after their artistic desires, esp younger friends..
mars in libra in 2nd and pluto in libra in 3rd. aries moon in 8th though. martian energy does play a large part in my psyche. action is sometimes taken as reaction as well. moon opp mars. saturn and mars wide conjunction brought together by opposing moon midpoint.
pluto forms a tight trine to sun. alot of intensity in things i do. obsession and a deep desire to learn and understand everything thoroughly. it is never enough for me! i think mars aspecting moon often lead me to crash and burn. i also spend alot of time observing people and things.
mercury in gemini in 10th house. uranus in sag in 4th house. loose opp between mercury and uranus. loose trine to saturn. mercury quintiles ac. uranus sextiles mars while mercury trines it.
i can be an independant thinker and yet very easily influenced by opinions. i can be very quick with my thoughts but sometimes it seems they get a little too abstract for others to understand so i keep them to myself. i love to read. people often say i look like i think about things way too much. i think the over worked brain shows on my face.
the guy im seeing now has his nnode on my mars and his venus on my moon. his pluto on my saturn and opp my moon. my neptune sqs his pisces sun and quincux his venus.
im not sure how this is being played out just yet. but we like exchanging dreamy ideas and laughing alot. very strong sexual pull.
one of my best friends has her uranus opp my venus. her neptune and pluto quincux my venus forming a yod. my pluto sqs her mars and my neptune sqs her sun and moon in virgo.
we love discussing things from work to physics to art to people. we spend alot of time together - an inate understanding of one another and there is also very strong mutual admiration.
interesting questions. i hope i answered them well..

Re: Higher Octaves
Tue, October 30, 2007 - 7:59 AMThanks for your intelligent and thoughtful responses. This is what I've learned about the Mercury/Uranus archetype, and a little about higher octaves in general.
Higher Octaves are a combination of two planets with the same type of energy, an inner planet with an outer planet. The inner planets are personal and relate to the ego, while the outer planets are more impersonal, objective and take us beyond ourselves.
Taking Mercury/Uranus, if you see enough of this emphasis in a chart, multiple signatures of Mercury/Uranus, the person can be identified as a Mercury/Uranus type. They are mental, cerebral, intelligent. This is useful to know for chart synthesis no matter what the aspects.
What you will know too is that this person adapts to their surroundings and needs stimulation. They don't want to get bored. This person is very adaptive and very aware of their surroundings. They won't go 20 mph on the autobahn. They will adapt to what is going on around them, to their surroundings. They know how to get around and where they are going no matter where they are. If they don't know, they will research and find out. This applies to anything they're interested in since there is a tendency to gather information. With Virgo/H6 here, the information gathered will be put to work.
Not only do they want to figure out how to navigate where they are, geography, they want to understand their existence, cosmic geography. Why am I here? What is this place? They have many interests and stay busy at least mentally.
They're well-traveled, cultivated, sophisticated, civilized, well mannered, discriminating, have good taste and could be a trendsetter. They know which wine to choose, which fork to use, and they don't burp at the table. They're fun to talk to and can debate, can have a sharp tongue. They know what's in fashion, what is cool. They might even be a designer. They're interested and interesting.
They have good memories, short-term or long-term. They're also scientific and rational. If they're not interested in science, they can at least understand it. Like if the doctor is talking about something complicated, they will take notes and do their own research until they understand.
They're problem solvers. So if you have a problem, they can help you fix it. If they don't know or can't intuit, they will find out. While Mercury gathers knowledge, Uranus taps into higher intelligence and filters knowledge. Knowledge brings control, order out of chaos. They can deal with details. Knowledge allows us to improve our circumstances.
The mind moves fast and there's a lot of energy moving through the nervous system, so there could be a tendency for sleeplessness from time to time, anxiety, impatience. So learning relaxation techniques is important. -

Re: Higher Octaves
Tue, October 30, 2007 - 10:07 AMIntresting... Sometimes I think a paradox between Uranus, Saturn, Mercury, Jupiter, Moon, and Neptune play inside of me..... One side wants absoulute truth.... Cold Logic....The other wants just truth but doesn't know the absolute truth, just belives blindly regardless if it is right, or wrong. Ego Vs Super Ego
Seems to be a blancing act in the psyche!
The Uranus in Sagittarius is my only fire planet, and Jupiter in Aquarius is my only Air planet... Both in mutual reception. 3rd/5th houses.
Then Mercury in Cancer, towards Moon in Virgo.... Topped off with Moon in 12th towards Neptune in 4th...and then... Mercury in 10th, conjuct 11th house cusp, trine to Saturn in the 3rd....
I wonder if I should just start writing some books or something.... Never been that great at talking on messaging boards. Never scored lower then a B on any test I have ever taken... And absent-minded half the time lol.

Re: Higher Octaves
Tue, October 30, 2007 - 10:40 PMPi314, do you think you're more Mercury/Uranus or Venus/Neptune? I can't decide. Both your Mercury/Uranus and your Venus/Neptune signatures are strong due to your Sun being in Pisces and your rising being in Gemini. Also due to the fact that your Sun and Neptune are in angular houses. Your Venus and Neptune are receptive by house, Neptune being in Sag H7, Venus being in H9, Sag being the co-ruler of Neptune. -

Re: Higher Octaves
Wed, October 31, 2007 - 12:28 PM>>do you think you're more Mercury/Uranus or Venus/Neptune?<<
My chart acts like a wound up ball of yarn with everything tying into everything else or like a line of dominos that can get set off from various points.
Uranus, mercury, and neptune are all big players in my chart from what I have seen.
Mercury=chart ruler
Neptune=focal point of t-square with sun partile opposing Nnode (and I am pisces sun)
Uranus=sun/moon=MC/IC=yadda yadda blah blah blah my whole chart except for mercury and POF
But I would say that venus seems to be one of my weaker influences/triggers/focal points as far as planets go so it might be slightly shifted towards uranus/mercury.
I kind of make up for a weakish/limited/challenged/incompletely experienced/stunted venus with H7Neptune I think.
venus aspects:
oppose jupiter
square vertex
square chiron
150 from saturn
sextile mercury
trine ascendant/sextile descendant
Hopefully as I grow/learn/mature/evolve that venus will awaken more and maybe years down the road it will be another story?
But I doubt the neptune-venus influence could ever catch up to the uranus-mercury impact....especially uranus...

Re: Higher Octaves
Tue, October 30, 2007 - 10:59 PMThanks, Jac, for all the detail. Your Pluto/Mars isn't strong by aspect, but in synastry with his node on your Mars, that would intensify the Mars considerably in your relationship. Your Mercury/Uranus is strong, in angular houses, and another Gem rising, so Mercury is the chart ruler. That's got to be a plus for playing the trombone, the breathing, the lung capacity (also Pluto in H3 in an air sign), very nice in combination with your Venus/Neptune, an inspired musician, and the inspiration that you give to others as well. Interesting too is the synastry you have with your friend who is one of your best friends. These are strong energies, and it's nice to have someone you can relate to on those higher levels so that you don't get bored. -
-
Re: Higher Octaves
Wed, October 31, 2007 - 8:00 PMmoonstone,
thanks for your response. mercury/uranus is definitely strong and im a gem sun so it's all zip zip. but i gotta say i love the venus/neptune dance going on. yay for music and lungs.
i had a rather interesting talk with my friend yesterday regard music and the industry (she's in marketing). while on the topic, i was reflecting on the synastry we have. she's a double virgo with sag rising and all her planets are direct - spread between virgo and libra. uranus in scorpio in the 12th/mercury in libra in 11th. venus in libra in 11th/neptune in sag in 1st. mars in cancer in 8th/pluto in libra in 11th. most of my friends have mars in cancer for some reason.
To me she's definitely very cerebral but a very thorough thinker and one always searching for higher truths - i admire that about her. this girl knows her shit. (in fact, she ended up bashing us geminis about starting things around the house that we cant finish, having grandois ideas that we abandon. it irritates her since her dad and sister are geminis too). oh and she has gripes about sharing a planet with us. but i told her we love company and hate people leaving haha.
i find her uranus in 12th very intriguing.
what are your thoughts on that?

Wed, October 31, 2007 - 9:01 AMWell awhile back.... My friend Dori was looking through my friends charts.... And she noticed this pattern that goes on with almost all my friends.... Almost EVERYONE has Mars square, or conjuct to their natal Pluto....
I will have to think on that one.... My Sister has Pluto conjuct Mars on her Asc, then my brother has them two conjuct to his Decendant. Both parents got Pluto conjuct MC.... I was reading somewhere about Neptune ppl born to Plutonic families pretty intresting!
Also 2 boses at my work have Sun conjuct Pluto exact....
I think I have a way of minipulating people into a state of relaxation. It has even gone as far as trying to convince people not to commit sucide... And helping people when they feel as though there is no hope. Kind of fall into it, opposed to look for it. I say that is the gift of it..
And people talk to me for hours on the phone.... Just to let go.... Get people always calling me up, writing me, visiting me.... From all over the world...
I say it is in that aspect that doesn't let me get taken over by a strong personality... cause Im too,,,egotistic I call it...
At work...Gesh I sneak into the job. Everyone thinks nothing of me, until I become their boss....lol...I never understood how the power chain works.. but it seems to always be handed to me at any job I work at. As I have to go right now.... But I will be thinking on it today.. nothing else better to do!
Happy Halloween ;) This year I am White Trash..... Bag... -

Re: Higher Octaves
Wed, October 31, 2007 - 10:34 AMAllan, your Pluto is in H3 and your Mars is in H10, I think, so talking people out of suicide, counseling people in crisis fits with that (in addition to your Neptune), responding to crisis, confronting crisis, facing shadows, pain, challenges, danger. You gave good examples of how this energy shows up in the people in our lives too. It can also show as partners who are very sexual or who have sexual issues, issues with trust. Mars initates, is action oriented, and Pluto desires, attracts, merges, regenerates and transforms. If there's some kind of a lack or perceived injustice, danger, Pluto/Mars will initiate change. Pluto/Mars has a tendency to not go into denial. If there's a problem, Pluto/Mars will face it. Positive solutions can come with some Mercury/Uranus logic or Venus/Neptune desire for peace and harmony. There was that previous thread on Mars/Pluto recently.
Your ghost is cute

Re: Higher Octaves
Wed, October 31, 2007 - 1:42 PMOk. This is my first dip into the issue of higher octaves so I think I'm understanding but I'm not sure. Moonstone, are you very Neptunian or something? ;) your sound this way to me.
So, my immediate reaction was to look for Mercury in Aquarius because I feel like a very Uranian person. It took me way too long to read to the bottom of the paragraph to see that I was listed there as Uranian.
as for the effect of this on me, which I believe is what you're asking for, I have to also explain that my Mercury in Aquarius is conj. my AC, and a hair on the H12 side and conj. my H12 Venus. I have to say that because while I feel very Uranian, I feel very Neptunian too.
I'm a H1 Pisces Sun, btw.
So then now I have to add that my Aquarian H12 Venus is square my H9 Neptune. I'm thinking this gives me the Neptunian Higher Octave, which I would also have to agree that I feel.
I feel more Uranian than I do Neptunian but because I have Mercury & Venus conj. on the H12 side, its all a mush of UraNeptunanian-ness.
love, beauty and the cerebral merge. and sometimes I'm not sure how or why information got into my brain. it just comes via osmosis (water). or i inhale it (air). and the most cerebral of what sits in my brain is of Venus - visual, artistic - and Neptunian - sometimes it is hard to translate into words for others because it feels too complex for me to translate. tho people do say I am very articulate.
as for Mars-Pluto? nope. sounds hot, but I'm cool with out it. :) I like my Mars/Saturn in Aries to protect all those higher octaves.
my chart if you'd like to peek: astronuts.tribe.net/photos/e...4e7111b4e
I'll have to check synastries to see what I think the effect has been...
P.S. I'm sure this relates in a complicated way.... I have Pluto & Uranus conjunct in my H7. :) Venus so close to my AC, it is opposing my 7th. Pluto opposes my Pisces Sun.
Also, my Taurus Moon squares my h12 Venus, but doesn't oppose Neptune. some kind of Venutian connection there... -

Re: Higher Octaves
Wed, October 31, 2007 - 4:50 PMarize, thanks for taking the time. You do have a strong Mercury/Uranus since your Uranus is in Virgo and your Mercury is in Aquarius, mutual reception. Also, your Mercury is in a power point being conjunct your Aquarian Ascendant. Your Venus/Pisces is also strong as well as there being a strong overall emphasis on Venus in your chart since there are so many planets in H2 and H7, and your South Node is in Libra which aspects your Venus/Mercury/ASC. Your Neptune and Aquarius energies sort of blend together :)
I have a Libra Neptune in H10.
Neptune goes direct tomorrow...yea! -

Re: Higher Octaves
Wed, October 31, 2007 - 5:21 PMnot yay! i like it there! or maybe i'm being overly optimistic and can't see my ass for the trees cause it's so foggy in here? I just like it near my AC for some reason, especially with Uranus on my sun. Its like rain in outter space for me I tell you! Very pretty!
And thank you. that all made a lot of sense to me. :) -

Re: Higher Octaves
Sat, November 3, 2007 - 9:51 AMI know what you mean. Neptune and Uranus have already been through my H1. After Pluto leaves, there won't be any other outer planets there ever. The outers bring so much excitement.

Re: Higher Octaves
Wed, October 31, 2007 - 7:24 PMWell I dont know how this one would fit into the puzzle.... But when I was born, the single deadliest terrorist attack involving aircraft before 9/11 happened.... Air India Flight 182... Blew up right when I was born.
"The solstice occurs when the angle of the earth's orbit causes the sun to be at its highest peak above the northern hemisphere. The huge stones of the mystical stone circle at Stonehenge are aligned to capture the June solstice sunrise, while in Egypt, if you stand at the Sphinx lookingtowards the pyramids, you will see the sun rise exactly in between the 2 largest Giza pyramids.
Midsummer's Eve or St. John's Eve falls on June 23rd, and is also a major festival in many cultures and religions. It is a time when witches dance around fires, fairies abound and the air is filled with magick. In ancient nature religions, these major turning points in the year open doors between worlds and the barriers between nature spirits and humans dissolve for a short time."
Now Stonehenge..... Solstice ceremonies at the site were banned after clashes with the police in 1985, resulting in a four-mile exclusion zone. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Batt..._Beanfield
In 1999, Stonehenge was opened to 150 Druids, but was gate-crashed by about 200 people who clashed with police.
Now...I wonder what happened in 1999.... August 11 - A total solar eclipse is seen in Europe and Asia...
The joys of being born... June 23rd, 1985 ... Gesh -

Re: Higher Octaves
Thu, November 1, 2007 - 9:59 PMOr the 8 house system.... As I call the compass wheel...thinking of the wheel as a compass.
0 degrees of Cardinal signs....Cardinal Directions.... North, South, East, West
15 degrees of the Fixed signs... North-East, North-West, South-East, South-West
As the 4 Cardinal points are 90 degrees apart.... the 4 fixed points being on 15 degrees in the fixed signs... is 45 degrees away. 45 + 45 = 90
North (N): 0° = 360°'
East (E): 90°'
South (S): 180°'
West (W): 270°'
An ordinal, or intercardinal, direction is one of the four intermediate compass directions located halfway between the cardinal directions.
Northeast (NE), 45°, halfway between north and east, is the opposite of southwest.
Southeast (SE), 135°, halfway between south and east, is the opposite of northwest.
Southwest (SW), 225°, halfway between south and west, is the opposite of northeast.
Northwest (NW), 315°, halfway between north and west, is the opposite of southeast.
I can then use the skies like a compass when I get lost at sea :) .

Fri, November 2, 2007 - 12:30 AMmoonstone - what is 15 deg Pisces? -
-
Re: Higher Octaves
Sat, November 3, 2007 - 9:02 AM15 deg Pisces trines transiting Sirius, the largest fixed star, and one of the most popular, which is at about 14 Cancer right now, coming into conjunction with the exalted degree of Jupiter.
15 deg Pisces - the fall of Mercury
15 deg Cancer - the exaltation of Jupiter.
This applies to horary astrology. -

Re: Higher Octaves
Sat, November 3, 2007 - 9:20 AMI don't mean transiting Sirius...I mean it's now at about 14 Cancer. Fixed stars move, but it's very slowly.

Re: Higher Octaves
Thu, November 1, 2007 - 7:18 AMI just realized this last night right before my head hit the pillow!
mercury 5.38 aries H11
mars 6.59 pisces H10
venus 5.49 aquarius H9
this is part of a natal train: Ascendant-chiron-mercury-mars/ceres-venus
and also broken off at capricorn: Descendant-Vertex-POF-saturn
pluto 18.39 libra H5
uranus 20.56 scorpio H6
neptune 20.26 sagittarius H7
this is a part of my other train: moon/jupiter-IC-Nnode-Pluto/POF-Uranus-Neptune
and also broken off at Capricorn: MC-Sun/pholus/juno
Again, the "higher octave train" is the longer one. But interesting how similar formations are made between one set of planets and their higher octaves!
I see myself placing a huge emphasis on the 20- train in general and somewhat neglecting the 6-train. I am in general always opting for the higher ground, the higher purpose, the higher power, the deeper meaning, the greater good, the ultimate truth etc etc etc
And I think I miss out on the simpler obvious daily experiences which really are ... just as important!
I wonder...if I got involved in a close relationship with someone who had something around 6 of capricorn if I would see a shift in myself towards the lower octaves? -

Re: Higher Octaves
Thu, November 1, 2007 - 8:07 AMHow people throw the word intense around... I say intresting!
How people say the word extreme... I say intresting!
When people go and talk about passion... I say intresting!
It is one intresting world out there.... That makes me wonder.... what exactly is it to be on a higher zone in the first place....
Now.... Towards the outer planets.... would not it make sense if Uranus was both Capricorn, and Aquarius?
You cannot have change without restriction.... and when something changes the restriction is placed on something else.
Pluto towards Aries and Scorpio.... Every ending starts a new beginning. Also if you count from Cancer... Moon - Pluto, falls at Aries.... Mercury and Venus cannot be more then 1 and 2 signs away respectively.
Neptune towards Sagittarius.... well Just to keep the blance and the order lol. And the centre of the Milky Way being there and all....makes sense.
This one guy had an intresting theory I always seemed to like....
Pluto = Scorpio, Aries, Taurus, Libra
Neptune = Pisces, Sagittarius, Gemini, Virgo
Uranus = Aquarius, Capricorn, Leo, Cancer
Universal energies should be going through all signs so it kind of did make sense.
Intresting there Pi.... The train thing I always wondered myself also. SOmetimes I cringe when I see people who denie the lower energies any importance... cause of the simple word "lower"....as one or the other is "better".
Venus 16 Taurus
Mercury 19 Cancer
Asc 20 Virgo
Saturn 22 Scorpio
Jupiter 16 Aquarius..... Now 16 Aquarius/Taurus.... aspect both 2 Cancer/Capricorn with a semi-square...
Sun 2 Cancer
Moon 5 Virgo
Pluto 2 Scorpio
Neptune 2 Capricorn
Leaving Uranus in Sagittarius doing his own thing 15 Sag. -

Re: Higher Octaves
Thu, November 1, 2007 - 8:41 PMI now cringe at myself in my neglect of the essential energies of mars, mercury and venus but especially venus.
Not to hijack the thread but...how do these trains really operate. My feeling is that I ride on one to the neglect of the other but could that be some other thing besides the trains? -

Re: Higher Octaves
Thu, November 1, 2007 - 9:34 PMTrains are fun though!
Well I think of it like this .... if the inner planets represent what is personal to you.... it is a unique sigature that you carry along with you... When we can understand how we can relate to others on a lower level, it gives us a glimse into the mudane reality. It gives us the insight onto what is the root of the sorce is.
The Inner planets move more swift, and are colorful more often. It is in them, that can change the whole story between one person, from another. Lets say, I have a strong Uranus signature.... Without Mercury, then how can I bring thoughts down to a realistic level? How do I get these thoughts from the universe to be identified with myself? How do I even find out what these thoughts are supposed to be applied towards? And how do they fit into my own world.
If I am always on a Plutonic level, and have no understanding for my Mars. Then how would trasformation happen that goes along with my own skills and ablilites? Mars rules over urges, and taking action....If I am not attuned to this sorce, then how will I handle Pluto when it manifest? Without the Mars, I have became a product of the Universe... With no free-will to take the direction that lies within my heart.
I say it is being a Pisces lol.... Being a Cancer... I am used of readiing titty sucka.... mamas boy... who is moody, and nothing that intresting comes outta him.... lol....
Us personal signs get it all the time.....
But Ill think on it some more... Woke up from a nap... Kept on dreaming of storms... RAIN RAIN RAIN!

"i had a rather interesting talk with my friend yesterday regard music and the industry (she's in marketing). while on the topic, i was reflecting on the synastry we have... she's a double virgo...uranus in scorpio in the 12th/mercury in libra in 11th...
To me she's definitely very cerebral but a very thorough thinker and one always searching for higher truths - i admire that about her. this girl knows her shit...
i find her uranus in 12th very intriguing.
what are your thoughts on that?"
* * * * *
Hi, Jacq, check out what Arize posted about her Mercury in Aq in 12...this would be a similar kind of energy. Neptune/Pisces/H12 is receptive energy which can automatically connect to the higher spheres.

Re: Higher Octaves
Sat, November 3, 2007 - 9:36 AMMercury/Uranus in synastry is like a sibling/friend kind of energy. The Mercury person will find the Uranus person interesting - maybe the most interesting person they've ever met. Together, these two will have a lot to talk about, a lot to share, and should enjoy taking classes together. There could be a lot of brainstorming going on between these two.
