Re: mercury sqaure uranus (fixed square)
Fri, August 31, 2007 - 7:43 AMinteresting question nn!
I have scorpio uranus and aries mercury
so I am going to try to pretend I had mercury in either aquarius or leo instead
If I had mercury in leo it might be tempting to suppress my own unique and new approach/ideas in favor of something that is more marketable/hot/glorious (thereby selling out something that may have been brilliant for something with mere mass appeal).
Another possibility would be that when I do come up with something original no one pays attention to it or I have trouble getting the idea known
OR if I worked it right I could come up with totally hot original ideas that make me famous
If I had mercury in aquarius maybe my unique/brilliant viewpoint/ideas might cut me off from the greater community and be misunderstood.
Another posibility would be that I might get stuck in some kind of progressive movement and forget my own individual identity separate from the cause.
OR if I worked it right I could lead the greater community into a new progressive movement based on my own brilliant inspiration
I also think that the combination of mercury and uranus could indicated something technological. It might represent a capacity for different kinds of "inventions" that, with work and luck might be revolutionary...or...they might just be misunderstood/crazy/obscured.
I just mentioned "ideas" genericly above...but a technological streak to the ideas would seem likely.

Re: mercury sqaure uranus (fixed square)
Thu, September 6, 2007 - 5:59 AMLets see....
in a square the tendency without awareness and effort tends towards "stifling" in my experience
So it may be that new ideas and changes would throw you for a loop/confuse you or it would naturally be hard to express your new ideas or possibly even organize them in your own thoughts/communicate them to your self clearly!
But with work a square can have a powerful energizing effect if you work on the two planets together.
So it would show a possibility of extremely creative new even revolutionary ideas and inventions...brilliant even....as well as ingenious problem solving.
In a trine the energy flows together more naturally. It comes a little easier but from what I have seen it isn't as "energizing" as a balanced square is. Could mean easy adaptation to change and easy expression and understanding of your individual perspective...but not neccessarily at the same amazing level of the brilliant inventions thing.
In a trine you have to watch out for stagnation, too. It could get so easy to go along with change that you just float along with it and never really take advantage of the opportunity it brings or possibly fail to resist change appropriately. -

i am indeed a very confused person. i find it difficult to take a decision while easier to list lot of pros at cons. i even begin to stammer out of nervourness at times. and yes my data is throughly disorganized. think i should work on it -

Re: mercury sqaure uranus (fixed square)
Wed, September 12, 2007 - 6:37 PMmy advice is meditation or yoga. it definitely has helped me. my square is a little different being in cardinal. a hundred ideas & thoughts flying everywhere. regardless i think it will help with this energy.

Re: mercury sqaure uranus (fixed square)
Mon, September 17, 2007 - 1:20 AMmercury in aquarius square uranus in scorpio as well. feels like a condition that should be trated sometimes. and sometimes is just great, cos i think some of my intelectual freedom & the constatnt push to go further & challenge myself is rooted in that square.
but, like someone said already, i'm often misunderstoon & misinterpreted. kinda tired of being precieved as an aloof person who will move on soon. i try to be nice & friendly. hehehe. anyway, i love this aspect, but socially it seems to be annoying--to others. people either completely understand me & we bond for a long time or they hate my guts cos they seem to see me as someone who's forcing their snobbish (hahahah! and that's just too ridiculous...) ideas on them.
so pull to aquire more knowlege, to communicate it to anybody and the communication either goes real good or real bad.
btw, uranus also squares my sun, mars & ceres, and conjuncts my ascendant. so, the uranus squares are what i run on...
